Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
Orders for accessories are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom surfboard orders have individual build times. Estimated production and shipping timeframes are confirmed when you place your order.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Within New Zealand
Accessories are sent via tracked courier. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on location.
Custom surfboards are shipped using specialised freight services to ensure safe transport. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after your board is complete.
Delivery to rural addresses may take longer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping across New Zealand. Rates are applied automatically at checkout:
- North Island: $100
- South Island: $125
Notes that some custom board orders may incur an additional handling fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
4. Shipping Damage
All products are inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item.
Keep all packaging for courier inspection.
We will work with the carrier to assess the issue. Resolution may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
5. Incorrect or Lost Orders
If you receive the wrong item, email steve@morris-surfboards.co.nz
within 48 hours of delivery.
For missing parcels, contact us once the estimated delivery window has passed. We will liaise with the courier and update you on the outcome.
6. Click & Collect
Pickup is available from our workshop at 28 Anvil Road, Silverdale, Auckland 0932.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready.
Bring valid ID and your order confirmation when collecting.
