Refund policy

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Morris Surfboards accessories. Custom boards, due to their handcrafted nature, are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

2. Returns & Refunds for Accessories

  • Accessories (fins, leashes, traction pads, apparel, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

How to request a return:
Email steve@morris-surfboards.co.nz with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect accessory, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the defect or error.
We’ll assess the issue and, if confirmed, offer either a replacement, store credit, or full refund (including return shipping).

4. Custom Surfboards

All custom board orders are final sale.
Once your order is placed and production has started, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.

If you want to make changes to your custom board before production has started then please contact Steve directly at steve@morris-surfboards.co.nz

If a custom board arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and board. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

5. International Orders

International customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties, taxes, or import fees.

Refunds will be processed in NZD and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.
